Huntsville Tour for Road Runners from Good Shepherd Episcopal Church

Welcome to our Huntsville and Prison museum tour just for the Road Runners.

Your bus will come to our office at 1225 11th Street on the main street into Huntsville.

There is a wide alley next to the building for the bus to park. We have restroom facilities in

our offices for your use before we start. I will step aboard and give you a fascinating tour

of Huntsville as we drive around the downtown, to the Sam Houston Memorial Musuem,

past the Walls Unit, up into the Sam Houston State University and then down to the

unusual homes in Huntsville done by Dan Phillips and the artwork of David Addickes.

We will drive out to the Prison Museum and you will have an hour to visit the Museum

before we bring you back to our offices. We can take you by the City Hall Cafe for lunch

if you would like to end the day there before ending your day at Big Sam.
